- Slow roasting for 17 mins at up to 467 degrees produces a strong, distinctive taste, much favored by the coffee die-hards.

- The beans are a blend of high-altitude, hard-bean coffees from South America that can withstand this harsh treatment and don’t fall apart under pressure!
You’ll notice very few broken beans in our French Roast – a good sign that we’ve used quality beans and treated them with care.
