Finca La Perla is a gem of a coffee. The farm has reached the finals of the Cup of Excellence 6 times, taking 2nd place in 2002. Smoky and spicy with green apple notes and flowery acidity. DJ Harry says: “It’s like a natural high, almost akin to drinking a soda – without the fizz – just a natural effervescence from the fruitiness…just a burst of flavor.”
