Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kebele Boji

Sweet honey and cherry flavors, lingering finish.

$7.50
for 6oz

Ethiopia produces both fully washed and natural coffees. We found this particular Yirgacheffe shines brightly with our roasting process.

  • Boji is the region within Yirgacheffe where the coffee is produced. “Kebele” basically translates to “town”
  • The coffee is cultivated between 1800 and 2150 masl (meters above sea level) and exhibits flavors of honey, lavender and cherry.
This is one of the highest scoring coffees we’ve tasted. While not explosive up front, it has a lingering sweetness that is worth the wait. Excellent coffee for a very reasonable price.

Truly special, from the birthplace of coffee.
