Finca La Perla is a gem of a coffee. The farm has reached the finals of the Cup of Excellence 6 times, taking 2nd place in 2002. Smoky and spicy with green apple notes and flowery acidity. Like all of our decafs, we use the Swiss Water process to naturally remove the caffeine from this variety.
