Steaming Bean built and operated three profitable coffee houses in South West
Colorado and have consulted on many others. Customer research told us that a
coffee house needs to be operated by its owner - customers like to know they're
dealing with the owner - that's the advantage over a chain - the person behind
the counter has a vested interest and actually cares!
With that mind set we sold our coffee houses to independent owner operators who
still buy our coffee and brew them to our specifications. They use our name and
