Steaming Bean built and operated three profitable coffee houses in South West Colorado and have consulted
on many others. Customer research told us that a coffee house needs to be operated by its owner -
customers like to know they're dealing with the owner - that's the advantage over a chain - the person
behind the counter has a vested interest and actually cares!
With that mind set we sold our coffee houses to independent owner operators who still buy our coffee and
